3 Easy Face Masks you can make Now

My favorite element of pursuing a healthy lifestyle has been using natural and raw ingredients as much as possible. Instead of going to the nearest Walgreens or Walmart to get some facial masks and treat myself to a SPA night, I try to figure out how to use stuff I already own or could use later. Here are 3 all natural and easy face masks you can make with simple and cheap ingredients! Not only do they feel amazing, but they are environmentally friendly and pretty close to zero-waste.

HYDRATING FACE MASK
2 TBS of oatmeal
4 TBS of Plain Yogurt
1 TBS of Honey
* 2 drops of Lavender Essential Oil

instructions:
In a small bowl pour 2 TBS of Oatmeal, add some warm water and mix. Create a doughy consistency breaking down the oatmeal flakes. To this mixture add the Plain Yogurt & Honey. Apply to your skin and leave on until dry.

CLEAR YOUR PORES FACE MASK
1 Egg White
1 TBS of Lemon Juice
* 2 drops of Tea Tree Essential Oil
Simply mix and apply, leave on until it feels dry.

BRIGHT AND TIGHT SKIN
2 TBS of Honey
1 TBS of Coffee Grounds
* 1 drop of Cinnamon Essential Oil / or two pinches of Cinnamon Powder
Simply mix and apply! When you get ready to wash your face off, you can use this mixture as an exfoliant scrub.

Most of these recipes will make enough for at least 2 people, if not more. You can apply any of these mixes to other areas of your body that need attention - My favorite place to use them are my arms. I also enjoy adding Essential Oils to my DIY masks because not only do they add an amazing and invigorating scent, but also so many other hydrating and soothing benefits.

*When using essential oils, make sure to test on your skin before applying on your face.
